Terms and Conditions

• Consultations must be paid for in full prior to meeting, an invoice will be sent shortly after booking
• You will be issued a date for consultation when payment is received.
• 24hrs notice is required for cancellations for full refund by email or acknowledged phone call. Less than this notice period will be refunded at $125
• In the unnecessary event Hannah needs to reschedule, Your consultation will be re-booked at the first available time
• Extra time spent at the consultation will be charged in 30 minute increments, at an hourly rate of $105
• By proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing to these T&C's and understand the package you have chosen

• On booking, you will be issued an invoice totalling 25% of package cost. Thereafter you will receive 2 further invoices of 40% and 35% of package cost on agreed instalment dates
• Invoice terms are 7 days
• RenoQ will begin working on your project when payment is received.
• The Makeover is inclusive of 20hrs of Time. Extra time spent on your project will be charged at an hourly rate of $105ph. You will be notified ahead of any extra time spent
• Timesheets are provided for on every project fortnightly
• We reserve the right to photograph the project for social media purposes, no names, address, or identifiable placing will be used without client’s consent
• We reserve the right on install of spaces to photograph and document your project for our portfolio
• By proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing to these T&C's and understand the total inclusions of the service you have chosen

• On booking, you will be issued an invoice totalling 25% of package total. Thereafter you will receive 3 further invoices of 25% of package cost on agreed instalment dates
• Invoice terms are 7 days from date of Invoice
• RenoQ will begin working on your project when payment is received.
• The Wing Girl is inclusive of 65hrs of Time. Extra time spent on your project will be charged at an hourly rate of $105ph. You will be notified ahead of any extra time spent
• Timesheets are provided for on every project fortnightly
• This package is capped at 4 spaces
• Once RenoQ has completed their scope of works this project is entirely free of their time. Thereafter any time spent will be charged out at an hourly rate of $105ph.
